McAllen Rowe has a legit chance this season to be a really, really good team. The offensive and defensive lines are a major concern once again, but the Warriors return way too many weapons at their skilled positions to be ignored this season.
Rio Grande City, on the other hand, had better not count its District 30-5A championship too soon, because I think this Rowe team will be a contender at the end of the season. Which brings me to this point: Rowe travels to Rio Grande City during the final week of the regular season, a game which I think will determine the 30-5A champion. Either way, this Warriors team should be a fun one to watch this season, especially with all their offensive weapons.
